Horrible service, there is no one to talk to. I was busy all morning trying to make a return.
They were supposed to pick up the return with DHL, but they never arrived.
I keep trying to email customer support, but to no avail. Pay a few dollars more and get service like a normal human being.

I purchased a pair of shoes in June and returned them within a few days due to sizing/fit issues. It is now August 6th and I haven't received my credit, nor has customer service responded to my inquiry.

I have followed the instructions to reset a forgotten password for my account. Your site goes around and around and I cant finish the task.
When someone purchase something from you, is an account with a password set necessarily?
I have the suspicion I actually dont have an account although I purchase shoes from you and have documented with te corresponding receipt. I need to get this done before ir becomes too late for returning the merchandise.

I purchased 2 items from Italist. I did not know my purchase was canceled until I logged into the italist website.
I used the chat feature on the website. Then I received an email afterward. I was told their affiliate did not have the stock. I was charged and told it would 'take several days for a refund'.
They did not have the items.
They also didn't ask if I wanted to substitute my items in the order, which I gladly would have done. If they do not have the inventory then it should not be on the Italist website.

Preferred solution: I would have liked them to substitute the order. A promo code and free overnight shipping would be nice after this. Again I have to wait several days for a refund for items they did not have in stock from an affiliate.

I purchased 2 Dolce & Gabbana Tshirts but only 1 were delivered, the other 1 got cancelled for out of stock but I was charged for 2 And would be paying to Klarna for
2 instead of just 1. I kept emailing them for price adjustment and no response at all

Return end of Jun, never hear back
I purchased a Prada bag (which is $1600+ USD)from this website end of Jun. When I got the item, I noticed that the measurement was not accurate as their site described.
It was way bigger than it says. So I requested to return it like 2 days after I got the bag. Guess what, I never hear back from them. I email them many times, and every time, all I get is a follow-up email that says "someone will reach out to you shortly", but of course NO ONE does.
It is Aug now and I still hear nothing.
I should have not sent back the item even if it is not what I want. At least I still have the bag.

I placed an order CB-0000615 almost a year ago and per their email the merchandise supposed to some from Italy. Due to Covid, the shipment was delayed at customers clearance for months. I placed one order but for some reason it was split into two orders of which I have never received, especially sunglasses which were kept at border due to custom clearance.
However, after months of long wait, Then they claim it was delivered but I never received it.
I want a full refund for this order.

Have sent several emails to customer care to cancel a shipment.Noone has responded and can't call them.Just know you are on your own
